Cancellation and Refunds Policy
At Frame Aura, every product is custom-created with love, care, and attention to detail. Since our digital paintings and framed artworks are made to order and personalized for each client, we maintain a transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
Once work on the digital artwork has started (sketching, designing, or printing), cancellation will not be possible.

Refunds
Digital Products (Soft Copy Only):
As digital artwork is delivered electronically, refunds are not available once the soft copy has been delivered.
Framed Prints & Shipped Orders:
Refunds are only eligible if the frame is damaged in transit or if the wrong product was delivered.
In such cases, customers must provide unboxing photos/videos within 12 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacements
If your frame or artwork arrives damaged, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost after verification.
Replacement requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery with proper evidence (clear photos/videos).
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after order confirmation.
Incorrect details (photo, size, spelling, or customization) provided by the customer.
Delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or factors beyond our control.
