1. General Information

Frame Aura provides custom digital paintings, ready-to-buy artworks, and photo framing services.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including photos, names, and delivery details — is true and accurate.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Products and Services

Each product is custom-made based on the photo or selection you provide.
Slight color or tone variations may occur due to differences in digital screens and printing materials.
All artworks are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without permission from Frame Aura.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed directly through our website or whatsapp.
Full payment is required at the time of order through secure payment gateways or UPI ID in whatsapp.
We do not store or access your payment card details.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Orders cannot be canceled after 15 minutes of successful payment.
- Once the artwork creation process has started, cancellation, refund, or return is not possible.

4. Refunds and Returns

All Frame Aura products are custom-made; hence, no refunds or returns are accepted under any circumstances.
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos or unboxing videos as proof.
Replacement eligibility is determined solely by Frame Aura after reviewing the provided evidence.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We ship across India to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery timelines depend on the number of people in the photo. For 1–2 people, processing starts within 3–4 business days. For photos with more people, the delivery start time may be extended accordingly.
Frame Aura is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
Customers must ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

6. Digital Files and Copyright

Customers who purchase soft copies will receive digital files via Email .
All artworks, designs, and digital files remain the intellectual property of Frame Aura.
Frame Aura may showcase completed artworks for marketing or portfolio purposes unless specifically requested not to.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide clear and high-quality photos for best artwork results.
Double-check selected frame sizes (Soft Copy, A5, A4, A3) before placing the order.
Verify address, contact details, and order specifications during checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability

Frame Aura shall not be held liable for:

Minor variations in color, design, or framing.
Delays caused by shipping providers or external factors.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
